DELIVERY TIMES

We would like to inform our customers to allow 5-7 working days not including weekends or bank holidays for your order to be made and dispatched out to you.

However because we make all our items to order they may take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas so if you require your gift sooner than our standard timings then please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DELIVERY METHOD

All orders are sent out using first class recorded delivery, and for smaller items such as greetings cards we will use first class standard delivery.

Please take note that all our orders using recorded first class require a signature on delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

For our overseas customers we aim to send out all our products within 5-7 working days of receipt, using Royal Mail Standard Airmail delivery but please allow 1 week on top of our standard 5-7 days to avoid disappointment.

LOST IN TRANSIT

Orders sent out by Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Therefore once your gift leaves our care we accept no liability for any delay or loss of item, which is the responsibility of Royal Mail, but please do not hesitate to contact us for further help on tracking your item and we will do our best to oblige.

Our standard UK delivery on any order is £2.99, orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. (UK Only)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Non-Personalised Products)

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will either replace your item or give you a complete refund for the item cost (not including P&P) within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept any returns on our made to order personalised items unless you have received your items damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from TillieMint as a gift you may return it for an exchange only if the item has not been personalised.

PRODUCTS

We would like our customers to understand that all our products are handmade so each one is unique and designed specifically for every order. So the image colours shown as reference on our website may vary slightly from the original products.

FABRIC

All our fabrics are designed in-house and are exclusive to TillieMint.

We would like our customers to take note that because of the nature of the materials we use on our products, to expect with time the appliqué motif designs will fray beautifully adding to the overall style of the item.

Certain TillieMint products contain small parts such as buttons so we ask for you to take care extra and attention around young children.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We advise Tillie Mint products are best been washed at 30 degrees to keep the colour and quality of your gift lasting longer.

Our items are not ideal for tumble drying or hot washes due to the specially designed fabrics we use.

Our baby products are designed using a hand printed technique so we are happy to acknowledge that you can use a hotter wash of 30-40 degrees in temperature.

Please allow slight fading on our appliqué items after their first wash.
